I like my bank, but this app sucks. I have to log in every time I open the app, the fingerprint sensor thing doesn't actually work with the app, and it takes a good few minutes of loading to actually get into the app, so I use a different app to view my bank account unless I actually need to transfer money or something. It's also boring looking they might as well have made the app HTML text

Fingerprint ID just disappears and can't reset pwd and nobody is around to unlock frozen access on weekends. USAA and Capital One apps/service are way better. Have to use USAA app to check my Navigate balance. Crazy town

Trying to deposit a check is a freakin' nightmare!!! You have to have perfectly steady hands to hold your phone and take front and back photos. It'll take all day ti hikf the stupid phone steady! Especially if you're an older person.
