I can't close the app after use. Back buttom don't close it. Do I have to restart the phone to close it?

When it works, it's fine. I like that I can do mobile check deposit. It is annoying that it doesn't have all the features that I would be able to access from a computer web browser, such as seeing all my transfer history. But most annoying is that I can never predict when it's going to work or not. Oftentimes, the app just never gets past the first loading screen, which is really, really frustrating when you have a check you need to deposit or a bank transfer you need to make. Please fix the app.
