Now when I try to manage my bank card and add it to Gpay, it will not let me and the app will tell me to check my connection even though phone is connected to internet. Have been unable to re-register card with Gpay on new phone since the update

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Been trying to receive an activation code for months, so I can use the app, and it's not sending me the code. The bank staff have been absolutely useless in helping me and have done nothing. NatWest have closed most of their branches and want us to bank online or in the app but will do nothing to assist with this. I'm going to try another bank I'm sick of the total lack of care from this bank. One last thing because of the bank I can no longer use my PayPal account or eBay or Amazon.

★★☆☆☆ Transfered from my saving account to my sisters account a minor amount of 89pds not only she didn't receive it .it took more that 24hrs to be returned to my account ... don't understand why the transfer didn't go through not a happy customer.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work. Cannot log in at all. The app tells me my login details are incorrect, but I can log in on the PC without issue. Very poor, considering such a big bank ☹️ no option to give 0⭐️

★★☆☆☆ Thanks for reply, however, I don't have account for either of these! The amount field for international payments is not functional in the app since updated!
