National Express is supposed to be the pride of the British Bus transport system, but they have BAD customer service representatives, I had an issue traveling, I wrote, but nobody responded, I tried booking with my bus card it failed, i wrote but no response, when you call the call service phone number they waste a whole of time before picking up and when they do, they turn you off quickly from attending your request. Am so angry with the service now, right now I can't travel with my bus card

Great service but it's super annoying to have to fill out most of your details every time you want to buy a ticket. I use the coach sort of regularly, and it would be great if the app would save your details like credit card info, coach card info address so that you can just press buy ticket, and it does it for you like on train line. It's fine for a one time thing but for regular users its super annoying. Would be super grateful if this could be fixed 🙏
