EDIT: Transaction was completed 3 days after it was initiated. The crypto market is a volatile market and this kind of delays renders the app useless as a crypto wallet. The team has to take transaction speed more seriously. I sent a small amount of Ethereum from my NAGA Pay wallet to my Ethereum wallet some 20 hours ago. Still "pending". Support asked me for a screenshot(!) of the transaction. As if they are unable to see the transaction on their own system without my screenshot?

I requested crypto withdrawal since over 72 hours and still not processed. Now value has dropped over -11% in past few hours. If Naga had processed withdrawal as normal, I won't have been caught in this market drop. Totally unfair.
