★★★★★ The latest app gets stuck on the homepage. I can't press the login with email button or the login link under it. It's as if something is overlaid on top of them, and it's not letting me press them to go to the next screen. Can you please check? Thank you. The proposed solution worked

★★★★★ Cannot even login, login button not working, neither continue with email... I could log in, after reinstalling the app. Next month I will check if periodic increase works, because for the last couple of months it didn't.

★★★★★ Setup / pairing could be a bit smoother, but was overall ok. Has nice graphs and detailed information for nerds, and the functionality for heating the water when the electricity price is the cheapest works great with my Høiax Connected 200.

★★☆☆☆ Uplink system (app and web) is unreliable. App frequently needs to be uninstalled (as it loses login credentials), or it shows "premium subscription needed" to change settings even if premium IS subscribed, it takes minutes (plural) to update current settings and values, and most importantly there is no 1:1 match with the settings you input and the ones you actually have on your heat pump. UX and UI can definitely be improved.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Very little functionality. You need to buy the subscription for this app to be somewhat functional. The old NIBE Uplink app is better and cheaper.
