The app times out most of the time at connection time on Wi-Fi. On the 4G it connects but then cannot retrieve my contract data. From my computer (on Wi-Fi) it just times out from Firefox, brave or safari. It tried also with incognito mode and still the same. Both the app and the backend systems need a lot of work, this is essentially rubbish Edit: after an hour of trying the system works again both from the app and the computer browser, it really needs some error message rather than timing out

Login and blank screen, no buttons or information on every tab, please fix

All time blanc screen after login, you need to delate tcash and data and relogin in order to use it every single time you open it tk send a new claim
