Edited to respond to TM comment: Yes I know UNIFI has to verify cancellation request but to call 2x consecutively then terminate the request for cancellation is totally unacceptable! Customer could have been busy, in a noisy place or at the dentist! You can SMS or WhatsApp or email or even send a letter! UNIFI makes it very hard to cancel your subscription.

After the update, relogin failed. Cache cleared, relogin failed. Uninstall app, reinstall, still, login failed. What else to do.? - 27/05/2023 Today is the same issue. Ask me to relogin. After relogin and clearing the cache, mentioned there, can not access my profile and bill. Never solve the issue. Maybe the day you start losing your loyal customers, then only you will start to find a serious way on how to improve. - 17/02/2025
