The pharmacist should prepare deliver on Mondays and not on Fridays. Reason being, Poslaju doesn't make delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, worse still if Monday is a public holiday. The medicine will be kept in Poslaju's warehouse for 2 or 3 days under hot and humid conditions. What effect has this storage conditions have on the effectiveness and deterioration medicine is unknown.

Apps keep asking to reset new password evvverytime I log in to register meds request. Takes aaaaaages just to get past the "Sila Tungus" buffering. On site at the hospital's pharmacy, signage indicate differing processes for "Loker Ubat" option. And yet, when I try to request via WhatsApp ASSS instructed on leaflets posted at the pharmacy, the autoreply I get on WhatsApp, tells me to apply via Murat. Just get yr processes aligned, will you? This app is a waste of money & Rabat's time.
