Extremely shadey bank with disgusting predatory business practices. If you don't pay your credit card statement in full for just 1 month they'll keep charging you interest on it for 3 months even if you pay the next ones in full on time. I just closed my account with them because of it. Customer service is terrible all well. It's hard to get to an actual human and when you do, they just repeat themselves over and over without actually explaining anything. The manager was rude too.

If y'all want me to make payments you're going to have to fix your website, your app, and your calling system. Constantly telling me im caught up and not caught up at the same time, not letting me pay no matter what way I try, telling me to try again later. I'm not jumping through any more hoops or sending a messenger pigeon with the money. Tried to do my part too many times.

I STRONGLY FEEL LIKE THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB. I've been having problems signing I've been with this place almost a year never had a problem with signing in until last week, so I called customer service they asked me for driver's license then he kept asking me do I got the correct password I told him yes next thing you know he asked me to give him my password I told him no I download this app it worked with my credentials now it's not working it's inside job That's these foreigners

Why can I not add more than 1 Synchrony account? On your website, I can manage all of them, but after adding one to the app, there seems to be no way to add other accounts. Why? That makes the app pretty much useless.
