Arrival time keeps changing, and usually about 15 to 20 minutes later than scheduled. There needs to be a way where we can call the driver or vice versa. There timing issue is getting worse!

Very bad experience with it. Same problem over and over and over. I call about it, they tell me what to do and tell me they will take care of it but at another time, here it goes again. I am real tired if it.
