★★☆☆☆ This was a great app, until they recently update rendered all audio functions inoperative. I can connect to control my hearing aids, but I cannot use them as earpieces for my phone. The connection does not even show up when I try to connect them. I have tried clearing all the data, and even removing and reinstalling the app several times to no avail.

★★☆☆☆ My hearing aids suddenly disconnected from my phone's Bluetooth. The chat with a Phonak rep disconnected just as suddenly, and my attempt to have a video call with a rep failed because no rep ever connected to the call.
