★★☆☆☆ How to get the barcode. Always Session time out

★★☆☆☆ After updating the apps. Always failed to register my vehicle, when I took picture for STNK ALWAYS be blurry (but before I take picture and I can see the display is so clear). Event I already change my device many times the picture is same (blurr) -the problem always occurred. Call 135 and chat on apps there no solution (auto reply by bot).

★★☆☆☆ Unable to take photo from because of the poor camera from the app and unable to "pick" photo for the STNK.

★★☆☆☆ Paid Pertain Dex using voucher (100,000) and linkage (576.575). Turns out the linkage account was charged 676.575. It's been 9 days and no refund to linkage account. Also, discount is a big lie.

★★☆☆☆ The user flow make user frustrated. Registration requirement steps is very complicated. The user should fill in privacy data repeatedly, I don't even remember how many times I filled out identity number. Also, the user experience is not friendly for first user, it is confusing them how to claim the subsidy, how to access and print qr code. Hopefully the UI/UX is improved very soon, so it can be more user-friendly
