★★☆☆☆ Don't use myntra because myntra delivery agent threatening me also when i complaint to the customer care for the delivery person, so they cancel the order after 1 day. I was using this myntra app for more than 4 years but when incident happened so I deleted the aap from my phone.

★★☆☆☆ Very poor customer care service... I am very disappointed with services ... First of all one the item got cancelled for a reason that is unknown to me. And second item shows delayed delivery from past 3–4 days ... Even after raising a complaint....there is no update... Till when it is going to be delivered is also unknown to me. I have tried help center tried calling also it is all the time a bot responding... Why can't I speak to an agent a get my things done. Won't recommend.

They falsely mark it resolved on their help center page of the app. The delivery person threatened me to take back the complaint, or it will not be good for me. Can anybody tell how to deal with these people as they are very unsupportive. Has anybody really got their issue resolved?
