The software is good. One of the better cameras on the market. Good value too. Easy to use. The software/ App is reliable and user-friendly. Occasionally it can be a little sticky, but it doesn't take long to resolve and doesn't happen too often. This is my 3rd camera (from other makers) and I'm impressed with this one. Clear footage and useful features. [Camera can get hot from use. Especially in hot sunshine]. [Correct placement of the Mount FIRST TIME is essential. Tough to remove]

Hi. I tried to do an update to the firmware from 25.2 to 30 and is just loading with the message" camera with restart automatically, just wait. ". . What Can I do?

Unfortunately, the dash cam is a good product but us brought down by its app. It fails to update its firmware and fails miserably to connect to the camera via it's "high speed Wi-Fi connection". You are left waiting forever for it to connect and see any videos on the app. After following the steps outlined by the customer care and providing all privileges to this app, it disappoints. I'm stuck with this dash cam but will be removing all the elevated access to my phone resources.
