Works just fine on my Galaxy Note 3 Moves quick within the app and doesn't freeze. To view a wider range of options you have to select to go to the website, just wish it wouldn't prompt for the username and password when transferring to the site from within the app. However, other than that no complaints thus far

Fails after merger Since JH took over this app has gone down hill. And is was a horrible app to begin with. Now it just fails to log in, yet going to the website through the app works.

This app sucks. What the f happened? Used to work. Didn't like the new format but at least could sign in . Now all I get is the sight is undergoing maintenance, try again in a few minutes. Been 7 days now.

Just Awful First, anyone who gives this more than two stars is an employee of NYLIM. Here are the reasons why this app really sucks. 1. You can't see the funds you are invested in. 2. You can't see the corresponding allocation. 3. All you can do with this app is see very limited information like total balance. Want to set up or initiate a rebalance, put down that phone and head over to the website. Want to increase you contribution rate to save a bit more and help NYLIM make a little more? Go to the website.
