★★☆☆☆ Order delayed. As no rider was assingned by the company. Chat help desk is not good at all. They woul not give a clear answer and would only reply stating a complaint will be raised. Payment has already been taken and no option to cancell the order and get a refund. All stuff already has been packed and invoice been shated since 14:00 yester and order status stuck on rider assigned. Tick ref 277236.
