I already love this app! It is so incredibly convenient for reporting issues without having to navigate to an external website. Just snap some photos, detail the issue, and you're done! You can submit claims anonymously if you wish. Additionally, you'll get emails of your claims & can check the status on the app itself. I love this & am so grateful for this!

The app was working fine for a while, but now I get an error when trying to report missing trash or recycling (this happens at least twice a month) that tells me "an issue has already been reported of the same type and subtype at this address and cannot be submitted again". I guess I'll call someone??

Can't fix on the location I'm trying to reach. It keeps going to Overland Park which is NOT CMO. Have reported issues in the past and nothing has changed. They even delete the issues off of the app, so it looks finished. It represents CMO as well as Mayor Lucas!
