★★★★★ This app is convenient. I have access to my bills and due date for my bills, and it also lets me know what my projected bill will look like. I have also used the app to pay my bills and log outages. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes (a good amount of times) the projected bill amount feature is down.

★★☆☆☆ Is this ap working its saying day 1 that I use 1300 of light and by day 30 my bill will be 30000 uno please update this foolishness, and it stuck on day I, and it's day 3 now because I don't have an AC and am a family of three 2 working adults one child this got to be a joke from paying 13000 and this still too high to 30000 uno a play jps Beryl must see fly one an uno screw

★★☆☆☆ I am unable to pay my bill via the app, it won't allow me to remove my unverified card, and it keeps prompting me to verify old card instead of allowing me to pay with the new verified card. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE do not seem to have a clue as how to rectify that problem. All they keep saying is that they are going to escalate the problem, and still it hasn't been rectified!!! SMFH
