** update 2** It took some work on onstar's end and a few resets on their end and now everything is working perfectly. Much happier. Worked for one day. Now all the vehicle info will not update for 4 days now. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still no difference. All the control features work just the vehicle info won't update. Seems to be a problem with many users from what I can see from reviews. **update** now none of the controls work on the app. At this point it is useless.

This app sucks... I have to re-log in and have codes sent to my email almost every time I open it, and 70% of the time, I just get error codes, so I have to uninstall, and reinstall it again just to start my car. What's the point in having this feature if it's such a struggle to use it 🙄

App continuously crashes and won't allow me to remote start vehicle from my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, signing out and back in, and even restarting my phone. The app only works at random times.

I went from a Ford and was very disappointed by this app. On the Ford, you can set times for your vehicle to start, but this one doesn't allow that. It doesn't have support for Pandora, constantly tells you can't use anything when you are driving (when else would you be using it?), and constantly has you agree to user terms. If listening to Spotify and you turn off the vehicle, it won't let you resume your program.
