★★★★★ Everything is good except app notifications have a big fawry logo for no reason

★★☆☆☆ I paid 2 water bills on the app, and the amount deducted one of them still pending, and the other was settled. I have contacted customer service, and he told me it has been successfully deducted, but the problem is from the utility side. Please contact them. Worst customer service ever. You should handle it with them. You are the partner and earn fees for those transactions. It's really stealing and scamming. I don't recommend it anymore.

★★☆☆☆ Unsafe, (I suspect that my financial data has been breached) after putting my debit card in myfawry account, I have been attacked by unauthorized transactions on my debit australian card, and I contacted my bank to investigate about these unauthorized transactions.

★★☆☆☆ I've been trying for a week to log in to my account but every time I get a different error (access token expired, or loading forever, or internal server error). I tried to call the customer service but without response. Finally, l contacted the support over their website, and they said "it's a general issue in the service nowadays"! The whole experience is awful to be honest.
