Using MyDietDaily made losing weight much easier. It is a simple tool that makes tracking food intake simple. It is easy to look up foods and their point values and also log your weight loss progress. It has multiple settings that can be used for the weight watcher program the user is following and has the ability to simply just enter points. You can track water intake and also track exercise. Overall it is a great tool for weight loss success.

I needed to lose weight. I knew that I was taking in too many calories, although I was not eating a lot of quantity. So I tried this app, and it has helped tremendously. I was able to cut out the high calorie items in my diet. And now I eat healthier and feel fuller longer. The weight is falling off effortlessly. The app even helps me track my activity and water intake.

Recent update: This app promotes unhealthy behavior, poor mental health & exploiting emotions in people who may already have an unhealthy body image. By fostering emotionally unhealthy behavior and notifying users to gloat about their diet on social media, this app only contributes to social media's adverse affects on mental health of users. Delete this app. Don't support a product that values profit above mental health.

Was Great until March or April of this year, then the linking to both Fitbit and Google Fit stopped working. I'm still using the old email/password sign-in with FitBit, which is supposedly still supported. Never asks for credentials, and repeating causes the program to crash on my Pixel 7P. Their website contact feature doesn't work and generates an error, so basically no support, and I've been a paid premium member for 2 years and totally lost functionality. Can no longer recommend.

The app didn't update to the next day and would refuse to connect to Google fit for the perdomitor feature witch is why I paid premium for. I feel a bit cheated out of my money
