★★★★★ I like connecting with doctor and questions are answered thanks my chart.

★★★★★ The app is great for appointments and communicating with medical staff, including doctors and nurses. MAJOR issue exists because operational user changes are made to the app without warning the users. I have encountered this and complained several times. While trying to switch between hospital and Basinger as I have done successfully several times in the past, I was asked for username & password without specifying WHICH username and password. Put in pharm but it wanted Hosp. Locked out

★★★★★ I love using My Chart because you can review your results and discuss it with your doctor on here or at your next appointment

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT USE. It's not secure. Your information will be exposed to the world AND they use My Charts as a predatory billing system. Dangerous and irresponsible would best describe this app. It's already been hacked, and I'm getting all kinds of junk phone calls and emails because of it. Things I never received until I was set up on my charts

★★☆☆☆ Half the time login WEBSITE does not work. Retry sometimes works. The UI design is poor and unintuitive, and things keep moving, frequent functions and info are sometimes 1+ pages away with no clear cues where, controls/nav buttons vary in appearance & scattered position on screen so Scanning for them is hard (bad design)--Hire a Usability Engineer to evaluate it. ALSO--- PUT THE LAST REVISION DATE PREDOMINATELY ON THE CONSENT FORMS--so we do not have to READ THE FORMS FOR **EVERY APPOINTMENT**

★★☆☆☆ The app does everything it should and more. Unfortunately, the "more" is repetitive administrivia that takes hours every month out of one's limited functional hours if one is disabled and seeing multiple appointments every week. But it doesn't save time with your providers, either. They still text and call reminders and ask you most of the same questions as the app on check in. I can tell the medical receptionist nothing has changed since my last visit -- why not a button to that effect?
