★★★★★ I need to be able to have funds available to me right now and be able to live these guys have token over I phone and everything I hacking just about all of me I need food, clothes, my meds a car a home this is getting scary

★★☆☆☆ Unable to make a payment on the app. Message states "something went wrong, try again later." I used to work but it doesn't know.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't recognize my username and password, which both work on the website.

★★☆☆☆ I have a card with them, and I was told I don't qualify to use the app. This app and the bank are full of Bull $@! T. All the money they collecting they should ask JPMORGAN to assist this their app set up. They are a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.
