Horrible app. I cannot log in to retrieve my existing tickets. Every time it asks me to reset the password. But the link I get in the email never works. Tried multiple browsers and spent hours to solve this but no success.

App randomly disconnects from your account and then pretends like you've entered in wrong credentials when trying to reconnect, the feature to see the itinerary for the buses also doesn't work

1. Ridiculously slow. 2. Does not show the actual location of the buses online. 3. I can't simply tap on the bus stop on the map and see which buses come there. 4. Complicated counterintuitive interface. Overall conclusion: trash.
