Not able to access My Bell app. What's wrong. Try to log in many times. The "continue" is inactive even my input is correct! Please fix for me and restore My Bell for data usage and billing records ASAP. The problem is after your My Bell update on Jan 31, 2025. My Bell app did not work?? My Bell app disappeared suddenly. Where is my phone so expensive? I'm talking about the service. I mean, I hardly ever used my phone in the last month, and it's over 100 dollars, please. I need someone to call me on this. I like so much. I used everything nice.I don't have any issue.I used bell for a long time. Sevice is fantastic. Network is all over Canada, so you can go anywhere bell is with us. Map and other service use enough as per you want.

Process for setting up automatic bank payments doesn't work. Between this App and the phone, I have wasted hours and incurred interest charges. I'm sorry I chose Bell as my service provider.

Bell, as a whole, does not care for its customer. Terrible service did not inform me of all my contract. I will never use Bell again. Thank you for your none-service.
