★★★★★ BCA is reliable as always. Now I can make calls to the CS via the app, anywhere and anytime, provided internet is available. Well, internet is easier to have nowadays rather than mobile reception, especially internationally.

★★☆☆☆ It's difficult to log in, and sometimes, I fail when I want to do the transaction. It's quite annoying, and it doesn't feel like the apps belong to BCA because usually apps released by BCA are always reliable. I called Halo BCA and the CS suggested restarting my phone and/or reinstall the app. And it's still NOT WORKING!! The internet connection is good, and I access it through my Samsung Fold 6.

★★☆☆☆ I changed to mybca from bca mobile just to avoid that annoying notification waiting for green light, and turns out mybca is just the same loading time just doesn't have that green light, so frustrating when you need urgent 😑
