Case in point on my last visit; I had some technology questions, so he immediately contacted the technology expert, who contacted me to solve my problems. Alyssa then showed me how to set up my Audi app.

★★☆☆☆ This is my first Audi. It's the first time I have used the app. My first impressions were that there is great potential, but to be honest, the whole experience has been disappointing. I can't even see my individual journeys and how and the kwH rate for those journeys. It's only telling me the mileage. What's the point. I can't turn on heated seats remotely or even lock the car. It's pretty disappointing considering this is a premium brand.

★★☆☆☆ Owned a Q4 e-tron for 2 1/2 years, the app has been functional for about 3 months of that time. Crashes, doesn't sync and for the last 12 months simply doesn't connect to vehicle. No support or interest from Audi and really impacts the usability of the car.
