★★☆☆☆ Every time I open the app I have to log in and set up a pin. Already uninstalled 3 or 4 times, and it doesn't help.

★★☆☆☆ Can't register an account. After typing the confirmation number sent to my email, it just stays there with a blank screen. The app is useless, and if I'm not able to log in in order to send medical expenses, the insurance is useless as well.

★★☆☆☆ Constantly broken app, logins fail with unknown error or hang up indefinitely all the time, refund requests fail halfway through, just unreliable in general
