No message option for doctor or office member. Doesn't show upcoming or prior appointment schedule. Unable to pull medical records. It used to be ok with these options but after update all of these gone and no contact to fix

It's only a few doctors here that really care and nurses, and front desk staff he is nice and helpful as well and the nice security lady. My problem is the time you are sitting waiting to be called, but you be the only person in the waiting area that's a problem what happened to the register tablets when COVID was here those was useful and quick.

I used to be able to log in with my biometrics. All of a sudden the biometric feature does not work. For some reason when I try to scan my biometric, the app keeps giving me an error message. I tried troubleshooting through my Samsung pass, but the app is not there. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it and still get the same error message.
