I would have liked a prompt asking if I had more documents to add. Because I did. I added "statement from car dealer" and assumed I would separately be able to add "loan or bank info", but when I said no more info on the first, it submitted my whole application for renewing my MAPP application

Not sure why users put this app down-It's never kicked me out & it's so easy to use. I've had NO Problems. It's pretty straight forward. I ENJOY using this app! I was so happy when I got rid of my fax machine & started the app. If I had to pick something that would be that I wish it allowed more pages at a time when submitting. Cust Serv Staff is AWESOME !!! KUDOS !!! Wish there was also a way to get a print-out for the whole years benefits. THNX for all you do for us !!! :):)

Sending letters via email means sending the actual letter, not sending an email saying you have a new letter. Stupid!! And why aren't they accommodating the still increasing inflation??? Food prices are quadruple. They ALSO WILL TELL YOU ONE THING OVER THE PHONE THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER, THEY TAKE YOUR BENEFITS FOR NOT DOING SOMETHING THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT. Also, some people can't call, you need email or chat for those who can't or maybe are sick and can't talk.

Using the APP is very difficult to make payments or submit documents, after logging in to make payment, the pay link takes me to WAMS on the web browser, not ACCESS. It says login information doesn't exist/incorrect.

There seems to be many issues with your app. First and foremost. Trying to upload a PDF document is a constant issue! There have been times were I constantly had to hit the attachment button before it would actually successfully document. Second and MOST IMPORTANT are APP BUBBLE NOTIFICATIONS. I have all my notifications turned on as well as "Bubble. This notification helps me, so I don't have to constantly remember to keep opening the app to check for important notifications.
