Can't submit security description through app On a Galaxy S6 and cannot get the app to allow typing in the security description area after choosing a picture. There is no way to move forward to use this app. You have to log on through the desktop site to handle the verification and the. It works. I would like to have the option to see all the line details not just individual lines especially when trying to find out who is using the most data.

Funny how they make billions and they can't make a good app As other real reviews have said this app is horrible for such a big company to make. It barely works and requires 3-4 steps just to see your usage. The fact that Verizon has their name of this is laughable. Time to go back to the drawing board.

Useless app, doesn't allow me to check ticket status (says can't find ticket ID)... Keeps popping up if I just want to browse the full desktop site. Worst app I've had in 4 years of Android usage.
