Terrible app. Straight from the get go you have to give your name and last of ss just to get to the page where you can put in your login info. You have to do this every time you log in. Useless

I just created my account online and when I try to sign into the app it says my information is invalid. I try to do it by loan number, and it says it can't find it, yet I can sign in just fine on the website.
