Open the app, and it won't load up. For weeks, it says they're having technical issues. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it, and it STILL won't work. It's a joke now. STILL HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES, MONTHS THUS HAS BEEN HAPPENING AND NOTHING IS GETTING DONE ABOUT IT

Can't access the app and top up my power due to issue with "terms and conditions" popup preventing me from accessing the main UI. EDIT 30/01: After repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling, this issue is still happening. I cannot top up my power or apply for a Power Up

Very frustrating trying to transfer credit. Plus it holds money which I need on my electricity. Need to make this easier. Just a straight transfer from electric to gas and vice versa

Used to work fine now it won't show how much credit I have taken app off and back on still same, only way I can check my credit is outside on my meter wish I didn't change companies and looking to go bk to octopus
