★★★★★ Very easy to use, intuitive. All claim submissions and benefits are clearly laid out in the app, easy to submit documents as well

★★★★★ The app works better now than before. It still needs an "other" HCSA option for miscellaneous medical related expenses incurred, like ambulance transport. It also won't let me change the patient ID from me to my spouse when submitting a claim, so all claims go in as if I am always the patient, which I'm not. The document and invoice pictures worked flawlessly on an Android 14 phone. Overall, it's a pretty good app that needs a tweak or two to reach 5-star status. Great app. Works well. No problem

★★☆☆☆ Bugs persist. I'm unable to submit my spouse's HSA claim due to this broken app's insistence on switching it to my name. DEVS PLEASE DO BETTER. Really frustrating experience to the point I rather submit hard copy paper forms. It'd probably be faster.

★★☆☆☆ Why can't I see a proper history of my claims? And why do I get redirected to a website out of 1990 anytime I need a real answer or need to do something "complicated".

★★☆☆☆ Biometrics (fingerprint) stopped working. Tried reinstalling the app but still the same. Sunlight not able to help either. Same issue. Still not resolved.

★★☆☆☆ App crashes more than half the time. Log in simply doesn't work even more than that. I just want to file a damn claim, and they make it as hard as possible just to access the app.
