The new interface is a huge upgrade. It takes two clicks to log an urgent fault like burst pipe, then I can still add details afterward. I'm glad to see the SOS feature and the metrics on issues open and resolved is great. I'm really proud that my city and the municipal services are committed to this platform. It's great.

The app is useless. Cannot log the address or location neither for love nor money. Keeps cycling around and wasting time. Just collects data but no resolution ever and no ability to actually log coz can't confirm the address, ever!

Absolutely useless. I have logged a water leak but cannot enter my address. The app defaults to the incorrect address and I cannot change it. This has been the same since inception and the developer is unable to resolve. Municipality keeps marking the fault as resolved, but they haven't even visited my property.

Nothing works : it will not even accept the city where I live, which is George. Re-installed My smart. City : it still doesn't work. Total waste of time and money.
