Shocking app. All I get is an error message or page will open for a split second then go blank. I can not even view my bill. I have deleted and reinstalled and still the same issues. Sent an email no response. App is still the same. What a waste of time. Even rang yesterday and was told someone would get it sorted. Still having tje same issue. Nothing has been done.

16/02/2025. I've used the musky app without issue since it started but for the last couple of months it's not allowed me on the message I get all the time is "your account is not authorized to access the sky app" I've uninstalled, force stopped, cleared data and cache and reinstalled to no avail, I tried explaining the issue to the people at sky and if I could see their faces they would have had blank looks they had no idea also emailed the app people also to date to no avail.
