★★★★★ I do like the app but the new daily deals for prepay for data (I use it often) can be really low for a good price or use a massive amount within 3 days etc. I get the competitions and rewards on the app and am signed in but if I want to go into a draw one takes me out of the app onto a browser and makes me sign in again to enter anything.

★★☆☆☆ This app is an absolute pain. It logs me out if I'm not able to pay. I go to log in, the app signs me out. Great now I have to type in my password. Password is wrong so I have to reset. Reset doesn't even work properly! Can't log in so I have to call. Great, automated messages don't even tell me how much I need to pay. Why do I need to jump through so many hoops to pay my bloody bill, and why sign people out of their accounts !?!?

★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. Can't see my phone plan, bills or data when logged in. Very difficult to navigate and find what you need.

★★☆☆☆ Why offer auto top up when it has never ever worked correctly? Whether $5 or less, it won't top up, despite beating us over the head with that info. Sort it out.
