I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET DATA ON THE PHONE. THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAINT HAVE NO SATISFACTION BUT VERY CHEAP. YOU THINK OTHER NETWORK IS BETTER? WHY DON'T YOU USED PRE PAID SIM CARD INSTEAD. HKB IS WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER NETWORK FOR EXPERIENCE ON OTHER NETWORK.

Out of 4,300+ reviews, only TWO are positive. That should say something about the state of this app. I hate the forced updates, just eat up my data for no good reason. There's barely any visible change, and finding the bill when UI changed was a hassle. Still not used to it. I just want to check my bill is all, why does it have to be so hard?

Forced instead of optional app updates. Can't use any of the services unless you update the app first making it practically useless. Proper apps give you a grace period of xx days to update before it locks you out.

Why it is so difficult to Login?? You're asking Account Number and name to input, I gave the right one. Always "the input is incorrect please try again" What?! I don't understand why they keep the complicated ways. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
