★★★★★ The app is super clear and intuitive to navigate. I am very happy for the English version of the app. The only downside is that the messages received in the inbox are in Bulgarian, and it is not possible to copy the text. It would be great to open the copy text feature, so I can paste it into a translator app.

★★★★★ The application is working really good and I really trust it. Everything is happening very fast, and you receive all kind of important information about bills, payments and all kind of stuff that normally you need to go to office of the bank. I strongly recommend it 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

★★☆☆☆ This app become a spamming application. Since few months there is constant flow of push notifications containing adverts of bank products and other rubbish which I'm not interested of. And in the same time there's no way to filter them from the settings. I wrote to them several times to stop this. There answer was "All advertising notifications are stopped", but obviously it is a lie. The spam continues to flow. I guess some day there will be a subscription for ad-free version.

★★☆☆☆ I have a Motorola G54 Power Edition and the app does not work. When I restart the phone it works for 10 min, and then you can't log in anymore. Please fix it.

★★☆☆☆ After the redesign it barely works anymore. Constant crashing, faling to unlock you fingerprint when requesting a fingerprint unlock, login fails, doesn't show your balance half of the time, sometimes especially on weekend forget about using the app. All the good statistics that were there are gone. Can't see your credits anymore. I used to not need to log in in their Browser site now I have too constantly. It's a shame what the dev and SRE team have made here. Pure garbage.
