★★☆☆☆ All these terrible changes and the app continuously crashing is ridiculous, especially when we are actively trying to work with our cancer and surgical specialists! What is going on? Why can't I easily message my doctors or track pharmacy orders?!

★★☆☆☆ The old Kaiser app doesn't work, it says I have to update... so I go to the play store to get the updated version, and it says that the app will download later... it's been 4 days. Now I can't see my appointments or view my upcoming appointments or get ahold of my doctor... still waiting on it to download... can someone from Kaiser help... I have an android Motorola SG 5g
