The app is great and works as intended. But I can't recommend getting a My Cloud Home device as WD stopped supporting them on PC, and the My Cloud Home software is no longer functional on PC, making using the drive more difficult and less secure.

Copying from a USB-We can't open a folder, if we connect an external USB drive in the My Cloud drive. All we have to copy the entire folder and paste it instead of selecting a sub folder.

When we add files, we don't have an option select all and upload from laptop, it's good to have desktop app with filter option for photos and videos. Product sales improves when we have user-friendly software we deliver to customers. Thank you.

I do not understand how in 2025 a user interface can be SO limited and counterintuitive. Something as simple as selecting ten files swipping the mouse is not doable. I have always bought WD products, but I am so appalled by my experience that I am starting to look for a similar solution elsewhere. I do hope they put some work in and give some capabilities to the cloud.
