★★★★★ my China Taxi was very easy to set up! As I was unable to add a credit card to the competing DiDi app, my China Taxi allowed me to use PayPal! It saved our trips in Beijing. Customer service was also very caring and responsive.

★★☆☆☆ ok, don't trust them to go to the airport. the app stops working when you select the airport. I almost missed the flight for their silly app. they ask to press different buttons for the airport, when I did, it just didnt allow me to choose the pickup point. be careful! Those guys do not invest properly in their app and should be out of the market! why should I miss my flight? just because i trusted you! shame on you!

★★☆☆☆ when you order a taxi, you are connected through a mediator to the driver, which made things unbelievable difficult to manage and delayed everything. i told the operator to cancel the ride, it told me i should do it, so when i did, it was upset about it! i didn't get a taxi after waiting for 20 minutes, and still has to pay for it - complete scam

★★☆☆☆ Beware! The driver parked very far away and wanted us to walk. Mind you, we must pay for their wait time. We explained that we had a shopping cart and could not leave the carpark. The dispatcher said the driver would come, but he never showed up. Our card was charged anyway! We sent screenshots of the conversation to our bank about this fraudulent charge. Only after telling the dispatcher we would show everything to our bank we were told we would get a refund. I can't recommend this app.
