Payments doesn't work. So now my payment is late. I've been trying for over a week, and it's still not working. Absolute joke of an app

Is not compatible with the latest phones, I called customer service, and they know it's an issue but dunno when it will be fixed. They have now removed access to using the account on anything but the broken app or making payments, so I now have an argos card that can't be used!!! Useless!! It's been 3 months now!! *update* 5 months and still no help or fix! *update* apps been updated but still get "oops something went wrong" calling CS I'm told to just keep trying lol

Doesn't work on my new phone (S25 Ultra) tried to re-install back on my old phone, and now it doesn't work on that. I've had to install the app on my wifes iPhone, and it worked straight away. Sort out the app asap!
