★★★★★ I love the apps of move it, it's cool and fast

★★☆☆☆ Riders cancels all the time. Takes too long to book. Gcash gets deducted immediately and will not refund on time making you have insufficient balance for next book.

★★☆☆☆ No auto accept. Always had to wait 30 minutes or more until I have completely given up before a driver accepts. It seems like drivers are choosing the passengers for their own convenience.

★★☆☆☆ I booked my mom midnight its urgent because we need to separate ways, .after getting rider few mins they cancel the booking and messaging me that please cancel my booking take note 2 riders cancel me that day so I uninstall to this app super irresponsible.rider.
