Pro: Works great and sensors seem accurate. Cons: sends data to communist China, why they care about my fridge temp I don't know. Next: find a way to securely route it through a domain server.

When a hub goes offline (electric failure or ISP failure), you get notified. But, you do NOT get notified when the hub goes back online. You have to keep polling (checking) the app. Amazing oversight, given that the rest of the app works very well. An offline hub means you are NOT getting temperature & humidity data. It's important to know that the hub is back online. Please add this capability!!!

Easy to use! So far so good. Just set up 2 sensors for keeping track of a garage fridge/freezer. Setup was very straight forward and user-friendly. I like being able to set alarms and the amount of delay before I am alerted (have not yet tested that feature though)

Even with an Ethernet connection hubs go offline way too frequently and for too long. If power loss, hubs will NOT auto reconnect to router even if its ip was "reserved" in the router, which is the whole point of reserving its ip address. You must re-perform the set-up procedure each time the hub loses power, so it can acquire a new ip under DHCP, which is stupid. Hubs need "static" ip address option. Poorly implemented design. Both app and firmware need to be revamped to address this problem.

I mistyped my Wi-Fi password, and it wouldn't let me enter a new password, it just got stuck in an endless "retry" loop. Not good programming.

I cannot get the app to create an account. It always says Registration Failed. I'm using a 2.4GHz router, so that can't be the problem. There does not appear to be an option to create an account online.
