App is good and working. But to add a new card may be tricky. As it says card can't be added but in fact it was added. I only noticed when gave up and returned to card menu. Balance had on a +0.03 eu more as I tried to add card 3 times.

Can't buy tickets today Jan 8. Everything was fine last week, today it says to contact service and nothing happens UPD after your answer it's suddenly working again. That was fast, thank you 😲 I reinstalled it couple of times from Google play previously, and it didn't help.

Absolute rubbish - it won't open past the robot verification. It sends the code, but there is no place to put it to log in. It's stuck on the phone number page. This should have been tested with various browsers and phones.

Does not work if you do not possess Latvian cell phone number even when assured by the Helpdesk beforehand that it will work. Very annoying given that this is the only charging station in Riga airport.

I wanted to buy a train ticket, but I can't just pay for it. I have to deposit money and then use my balance for that. These are unnecessary extra steps. I don't mind buying tickets elsewhere and overpaying if it allows me to avoid this nonsense.
