Heart Rate Variation (HRV) Heart Rate Variation (HRV) is a measure of heart health. The analysis is done using Poincaré plot. The Heart rate of one cycle is plotted on one axes and the next one on the other axis. If heart rate was uniform and vary gradually, it would result in a straight line, but heart rate varies quite erratically and it result in quite bulging line. Contrary to common sense, irregular heartbeat which are characterised by points scattered all over and around the location of the straight line are actual indication of an healthy heart. Wish the maker of this software had some references for interpretation of the curves.

ANT plus Please add ANT+ support. I'm pretty sure all ANT+ heart rate monitors have R-R, as that field is not optional. ANT+ doesn't pair, so watch/phone/cycling computer can all listen to one HRM at same time. BTW, which Polar BT HRMs work? Wearlink+ BT and H6 don't talk to any Polar watches, but H7 does. Wearlink+ is BT2.0 so batt dies really fast. H6/H7 are BT4.0 so batt lasts forever. However, only phones w/new BT/ANT chip and Android 4.3+ (like Samsung Galaxy 5 and Note3) work w/o a dongle.
