★★★★★ App is good, but the vehicle assignment could be improved. I should get assigned to the nearest vehicle but I can't even book the available vehicle right in front of me. I got a vehicle which is not even on the way plus np respond from the driver. Pickup time simply getting later & later but still no respond from the driver.

★★★★★ First impression of the app itself is very promising. Verification was fast, payment using card was seamless. You can choose to pay when on the bus as well, they will have DuitNow or TnG wallet. The buses were in good condition, and bus drivers were friendly. Managed to get a ride almost immediately, wait time is within 10 to 15 minutes which is still acceptable. Hopefully they will get more partners and more people will use the app. Definitely a good choice for PJ peeps

★★☆☆☆ Driver was not moving from their spot which I assume is their hub as both drivers consecutively (after cancellation of the first as it was stationary I was waiting for the next) were shown on the map at the same location and the time for pickup kept updating, although they were not moving at all. I would have kept waiting if I didn't know for a longer duration. The drivers are not supervised I guess

★★☆☆☆ I regret using mobi, the first time I used it was okay. I think it is not transparent, if u say u pick up frm mrt phileo to lrt asia jaya, than as it is la, if you want to have pick up point, then mentioned the stop is mrt-mahsa-asia jaya, wasting my time, imagine from 20 mins journey change to 1-hour journey.so dissipated,won't used it again. Plus point, this one driver, i know u nice, but don't wait for passenger la, ni wait for 10 min, for a couple of people to walk so slow to the van.

★★☆☆☆ This was a promising app until I saw that there's a need to allow microphone access if not I can't proceed. The product manager should be fired for this
