★★★★★ Huge improvement over previous apps and every feature I care to use has been rock solid since that change. I love that you can filter by ebike and see the battery level before making the journey to the station.

★★★★★ App is generally easy to use and smooth. Updates on number of bikes or docks available is reasonably current/ precise. The process for notifying Mobi of a problem with a bike is terrible though. It takes you out of the app and requires you to enter all of your info again. I'm sure their maintenance would be better if they made it easy for users to flag bikes in need of repair.

★★☆☆☆ The app is glitchy and slow and if you buy a one time 30 day pass they will automatically sign you up for perpetual auto-renew. Do not get this app or use their bikes and rent a different bike instead.

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't tell you where you are or where the nearest stations are? LOLL
